Shipping Policy

At SmartJan.com, our shipping cost is your shipping cost. we do not use our shipping costs as a profit center. Our shipping prices are set at the absolute minimum amount it takes to ship from our warehouses to your door.

Free Shipping(Lower 48 States Only): SmartJan is offering all customers Free Shipping on orders over $1000. No promotion code is needed. Simply add $1000 worth of items to your cart and no shipping fee will be added.

Shipping Methods: We ship via UPS, and Freight Carrier for Over-sized products. Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, some items are not shippable by UPS, and require safe delivery via common over-sized  freight carrier. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a weight based freight charge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s). Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.

Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 Noon EST normally ship same day. Special order items typically take longer than items stocked at our warehouse locations and delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. .

Shipping Locations:We ship items from 50 nationwide warehouses. Items ship from the closest warehouse with adequate inventory levels to fulfill an order. This allows us to minimize delivery time and cost.
Exceptions: We ship to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. The following are a list of places we do not ship to:


> Post Office Boxes 
> Private mail boxing locations
> APO/FPO addresses


Delivery Times: All orders ship within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping generally takes 1 - 6 business days. Therefore, you can expect your order in approximately 2 - 8 business days.

Special Delivery : For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Please include the most relevant phone number to contact you when the order is placed. Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery.
Contact SmartJan directly for any special delivery instructions. Alternatively, the consumer is responsible to provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.

Cancellation Information: All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping. All cancellations may be subject to a credit card processing and any additional associated fees.
